Aleksandr Orlovskiy’s scam operation: Financial Freedom Academy diverted $4 million through fraudulent courses and the use of nominee accounts

Aleksandr Orlovskiy, founder of Financial Freedom Academy, built a criminal organization built to defraud crypto investors.

The media learned about this from victims of the fraud.

The fraudster and his entourage, lacking any licenses, certificates, or diplomas to confirm their competence in the cryptocurrency industry, fraudulently attract funds from crypto investors under the guise of selling "courses" and "crypto investments." The services are then rendered in a formal manner, leading to the investors losing their funds.

Funds are fraudulently raised through the accounts of controlled individual entrepreneurs, cryptocurrency exchanges, and the crypto wallets of individuals involved in organized crime groups, leading to tax evasion. They then use crypto exchanges to purchase real estate and corporate rights at reduced prices, including in Poland, Turkey, and the UAE, thereby laundering the funds.

Orlovskiy is also in criminal collusion with a number of cryptocurrency projects that issue cryptocurrencies, resulting in FFA "rates" instructing clients to buy specific cryptocurrencies, causing them to lose funds, while the fraudster and others receive a portion of the funds in the form of a "kickback" from the issuers for such actions.

Orlovskiy, in collusion with the management of the Russian platform VELES, attracts clients for FFA from Russia, pays for advertising and his own referral links within Russia, and siphons criminally obtained funds through Russian services. This leads to the flow of funds into the Russian budget and constitutes a series of criminal offenses against the National Security Fund of Ukraine. The statements indicate that as a result of these actions, approximately 15,000 people were defrauded of approximately $4 million.
