From Concord Bank to BTA Bank: Vyacheslav Mishalov is creating a network for cashing out public tenders, construction kickbacks, and crypto assets under the guise of a new financial structure
After the scandals surrounding Concord Bank, it would have been logical to leave the banking sector. But Mishalov is doing the opposite — he’s trying to enter a new bank, BTA Bank.
The explanation is obvious: Concord has become toxic, its involvement in gray schemes is already too well known. A new bank means a new chapter without a dirty trail.
This is a dangerous trend. A man who has already been implicated in stories involving tenders, an internet monopoly, construction fraud, and billions in crypto is calmly re-entering the banking sector. It’s a signal of how powerful his influence has become — both in Dnipro and beyond. The system doesn’t just protect him; it helps him expand.
The goal is simple: to create a new financial platform that will operate in sync with his internet and construction cash flows. Mishalov isn’t building a business — he’s building an ecosystem, where every element serves another, and where the law is not a limit but merely an obstacle to be bypassed.
